Center for Gender in Global Context

Programs

Within the Center for Gender in Global Context is the Gender, Development, and Globalization (GDG) Program (formerly known as WID). GDG, along with the MSU Center for Advanced Study of International Development (CASID), is recognized as a U.S. Department of Education, Title VI National Resource Center. GenCen also administers the Gender, Justice, and Environmental Change (GJEC) graduate specialization, the Women's and Gender Studies undergraduate major and minor, and the Women, Gender, and Social Justice undergraduate specialization.
